Notice of Intent to Adopt Ordinance: The Valencia Borough Council will, at its regularly scheduled meeting of January 14, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., at 61 Almira Street, Valencia, PA 16059, vote on enacting an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance of Valencia Borough, Butler County, Pennsylvania, Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act Providing for Entering into a MS-4 Stream Bank restoration Project."

Summary of Ordinance: The Ordinance adopts an Intermunicipal Agreement between Adams Township and Valencia Borough whereby Valencia Borough works with Adams Township to implement stream bank restoration along Breakneck Creek. The Ordinance is effective upon enactment and also contains a Severability and Repealer Clause.

Copies of the text of the proposed Ordinance are available at the Valencia Borough Building, the Butler County Law Library, and this newspaper, and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.
